Our partnership began on January 23, 2018, when we first met our Thai customer through a mutual acquaintance. The customer is a company specializing in medical consumables, primarily selling high-quality syringes. During our first meeting, the customer showed great interest in our products and requested samples for testing to ensure our syringes met the requirements of the Thai market. To demonstrate our confidence and professionalism, we sent the first batch of samples to the customer within a few days, ensuring they could begin testing as soon as possible.

On February 2, 2018, we received feedback from the customer: they were satisfied with the sample quality but requested further refinements, such as sharper needles for a better user experience. We quickly responded, made the necessary adjustments, and sent out updated samples within two weeks. This attention to detail and prompt communication not only established initial trust but also laid a solid foundation for our future collaboration.

2. Certification and Registration Process

Compliance with local regulations is crucial in international trade. To ensure we could successfully enter the Thai market, we completed all required registration certifications by February 6, 2018. This included ensuring that our syringes met the strict standards of Thailand's Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other local quality control requirements. At the same time, we also began processing the necessary CCPIT embassy certification for export from China. The process was complex and time-sensitive, but we successfully completed the certifications by May 16, 2018, ensuring our products were ready for export.

3. First Orders: Starting Small

We carefully listened to the feedback, made product optimizations, and sent the new samples by August 20, 2018.

As market demand continued to rise, we began receiving more orders in early 2019. On January 10, 2019, the customer placed their third small order, and shortly thereafter, on January 30, 2019, the customer placed a fourth order. This larger order signaled growing market acceptance of our syringes and indicated that our products were gaining traction.

5. A Major Milestone: First Large Order

The true turning point came on June 12, 2019, when the customer placed their first large order, exceeding 10,000 syringes. This was not only a significant increase in order volume but also an important milestone in our partnership. Behind this large order was the customer’s confidence in the consistent quality of our products, as well as the market demand for our syringes.

For this order, we ensured that we delivered on time and met all the detailed requirements the customer had set. The customer was extremely satisfied with the service and product quality, and they expressed their desire to continue our long-term partnership.

Since September 10, 2019, our partnership has continued to flourish. Regular orders have become the norm, and the customer has even started promoting our products on a larger scale within the Thai market. We have maintained close communication through video conferences, phone calls, and emails, ensuring that we are always aligned with the customer’s needs and any changes in the market. This proactive communication has allowed us to respond quickly and adjust our products and services accordingly.
