Building a New Operating Room for a Hospital in Indonesia: A Successful Collaboration

In January, we received the initial design sketches from our customer in Indonesia, who was building a new operating room for a hospital. These preliminary designs helped us calculate the specific wall panels needed for the space and guided our recommendations for the necessary medical equipment for surgical procedures.

Customized Design and Product Selection

Over the course of a month, we worked closely with the client to refine the design and meet their specific customization requests. With each adjustment, we ensured the products would meet the unique needs of the operating room. By the end of the process, we had finalized the product selection, which included specialized wall panels and medical equipment tailored for surgical environments.

Fast Production and On-Time Delivery

Once the customer confirmed the design, they promptly arranged the payment. The production process took about 15 days, and we successfully packaged and shipped the products in a 20-foot container. One week later, the shipment arrived in Indonesia, on schedule and in perfect condition.

Installation and Successful Completion

Upon receiving the products, the customer began the installation of the operating room. While there were a few challenges along the way, the team managed to address and resolve them efficiently. By August, the operating room was fully completed, equipped with the required medical devices, and ready for use.

This successful collaboration reflects our commitment to delivering quality products, tailored designs, and timely service. We are proud to have played a role in building a functional, state-of-the-art operating room for the hospital in Indonesia.
