Gynecological Clinics in Guatemala

On February 28th, we received an inquiry through our Facebook page from a potential customer in Guatemala. This initial contact marked the beginning of what would become a productive and rewarding partnership. A few weeks later, we had the opportunity to meet in person during the CMEF exhibition on April 12th. This face-to-face meeting was invaluable, as it allowed us to build rapport and delve deeply into the order details. We showcased our full range of products, ensuring the customer had a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and capabilities.

After returning to Guatemala, the customer expressed strong interest in moving forward. We promptly sent the final Proforma Invoice, and the customer wasted no time in arranging the deposit. Their swift action demonstrated a high level of trust and commitment to the collaboration.

With the order confirmed, we immediately began production. Over the course of a month, our team worked diligently to ensure all items were manufactured to the highest standards. Once completed, we shipped the entire order—a full 40HQ container of equipment—to Guatemala.

Now, the equipment has arrived at the customer’s brand-new clinic, a significant milestone for both parties. To ensure a seamless experience, we are actively coordinating with the customer to address any challenges related to installation and usage. Our team is dedicated to providing ongoing support, ensuring the equipment integrates smoothly into their operations and delivers optimal performance.
