   One lamp holder with two bulbs; the standby lamp will start operation within 1/2 second when the major one malfunctions, ensuring the continuation of surgical operation. Handle panel has indicator for the damage of major and standby lamps. Major and standby bulbs can be changes easily; dischargeable handle sheath can be sterilized in steam sterilizer. The stand type device which can move with skid is very convenient and isn’t limited by the operation field.
